Style Favorites: Maternity Edition

I'm currently 7 weeks postpartum and cleared to start getting back to "normal" activity. It seems like enough time to have had a look at what I wore during my pregnancy and to know what I really liked and what didn't work for me.  I showed really late, I was probably around 25-26 weeks before I had a bump that took me out of my normal clothes and even then I was still fairly small. Because of that I didn't really invest in maternity clothing. By the time I got to the point where things didn't fit or I didn't like how they fit I was less than 10 weeks from my due date. That said, we had 3 weddings to attend this year and my baby shower. I also worked until I went into labor, which was luckily a Sunday, so I did have to dress myself until the end. Espadrille Me

So I don't know how obvious this has been just from reading my blog as sporadically as I've been posting but my life has been full of changes lately, and they don't seem to be stopping just yet. I've been wanting to spend more time on my blog because it's fun and its something that I can do anytime anywhere. So lately I've been feeling like I don't fit into the ideas of what blogs and blogging are right now and I've decided to become okay with that. I might not be someone who can ever make a living off my blog but I like working so maybe that's okay. But what that means for my blog is that I'm going to create more content that I just enjoy. Share more stuff that I love even if it's not the most "in" thing to post.

But right now I'm just talking about shoes. So since I've had a lot of changes going on that has meant I can't shop as much as I'd like, which is a lot. So I online window shop and save stuff to wishlists that I'll hope I can buy before they go out of stock or the season passes. So this season for the first time ever I've been really into espadrilles. I'm sure you're like wow espadrilles CRAZY "new" trend I've never thought about. Well, hear me out. In my opinion espadrilles have gotten a really cool make over this summer with mules, wide strap slides and sneaker flatforms which I love. So since I cant buy any of these at the moment I thought I'd show you all some of my faves for the rest of the summer that I'd be buying today if I could.
