Style Favorites: Maternity Edition

I'm currently 7 weeks postpartum and cleared to start getting back to "normal" activity. It seems like enough time to have had a look at what I wore during my pregnancy and to know what I really liked and what didn't work for me.  I showed really late, I was probably around 25-26 weeks before I had a bump that took me out of my normal clothes and even then I was still fairly small. Because of that I didn't really invest in maternity clothing. By the time I got to the point where things didn't fit or I didn't like how they fit I was less than 10 weeks from my due date. That said, we had 3 weddings to attend this year and my baby shower. I also worked until I went into labor, which was luckily a Sunday, so I did have to dress myself until the end. Another disclaimer, I was able to have a relaxed wardrobe for work which also kept me from buying more maternity wear and using what I had in my closet. 24/7 Ocho Loco 2

About 2 week's ago maybe more I got a text from my mom asking if I was expecting anything from Nylon Magazine. As much as I would love for that to be a regular thing it's not I wasn't and after I had her open it and promise to send it to me since it was good I was left waiting I. Suspense. So I'm a lucky bitch. Recently I misplaced my Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner on Zero. The problem being that's the 3rd pencil of that I've gotten and my undisputed favorite eyeliner (I used up the other two). So I've been going for actually a few weeks without finding it so I'm pretty sure it's lost. And with wimpy eyeliner trying to fill the void I had finally come to the decision that it wasn't to be found and would need to be replaced. Finally though the package my mom had sent me arrived and lo and behold, a set of 8 Urban Decay eyeliner were inside from a Nylon give away I had apparently successfully won!!! First time ever!!! I'm naturally obsessed with the ultra black perversion and like crave for daytime. I used roach to highlight under my eye with perversion and it looked really nice. I haven't gotten to the blues and purples yet but I'm really excited to try them on a weekend. Just wanted to share this fun say a thank you to Urban Decay and Nylon and share the pic I instagryamed immediately after finding them and once I stopped squealing in glee!
